Free Shipping on ALL Orders to Lower 48 States + Hawaii

*Free economy shipping is available to all orders shipped domestically in the United States + Hawaii.  We currently do not offer international shipping, also no shipping provided to Alaska, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands.

Domestic Shipping Policies & Rates

  • Orders are processed in about 1-4 business days from your purchase, then shipped.
  • All packages are shipped from California.
  • We utilize UPS and USPA.
  • Standard Shipping: You can expect to see your package 4-8 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, we will send carrier and tracking information via email to you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping along with states outside the 48 states like AK, PR, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands.

Pickleball Paddle Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States only. Proof of purchase may be requested for warranty claim. CONTINUUM LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

Registration is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy.

CONTINUUM LLC. warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE* in the United States. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.


This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship.

If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, CONTINUUM LLC. will, at their own discretion:

  • Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value).
  • If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailers return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to CONTINUUM LLC. customer service.
  • CONTINUUM LLC’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. CONTINUUM LLC. is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product).
  • Fading of graphics.
  • Used in commercial applications or rentals.
  • Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by CONTINUUM LLC.
  • Purchasing from a non-authorized CONTINUUM LLC. dealer or purchasing in used condition.
  • Not being the original purchaser.

Submit a Warranty Claim:

  • Product must be registered prior to filing a warranty claim.
  • You must submit a Customer Service Case through email at [email protected]
  • Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, model number of the product, and a description of the problem.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the paddle back to CONTINUUM LLC.  to validate the warranty claim.

Paddle Registration:

  • If you purchased your paddle directly from CONTINUUMPICKLEBALL.com, you do not have to register your paddle.  It was automatically registered at the time of purchase.
  • If you purchased your paddle via a CONTINUUM LLC Authorized Dealer you must register your paddle on CONTINUUMPICKLEBALL.com.
  • Registration is required to have your paddle covered by the limited warranty policy.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know. As long as the paddle is not damaged or used, plastic must be in tact on paddle handle, along with paddle cover, then after assessing, we will refund your money.
